1 ✦ realize that the only art that is truly important is yours

2 ✦ understand that there are two valid audiences: yourself, and the phantom audience in your head

3 ✦ never state or posit that you are an artist, as opposed to being something else and happening to make art

4 ✦ disown a work completely no more than two days after finishing it 

5 ✦ be contemptuous towards people who buy your art

6 ✦ sell art very cheap or very expensive

7 ✦ be questionable or at least irregular in business practices

8 ✦ be nothing if not delusional

9 ✦ be contemptuous towards all artists except those whose art you use

10 ✦ love and respect artists whose art you use; mercilessly, brutally 

11 ✦ recognize both finished and ongoing artworks as weapons 

12 ✦ recognize artworks to be weapon not against others but yourself

13 ✦ skirmish reality fields with every single work

14 ✦ use other people's art as your own weapons

15 ✦ do not die before reaching your kingdom

16 ✦ stop at nothing until you have it

17 ✦ make vicious propaganda towards + for your kingdom as art

18 ✦ judge your own art, not others'

19 ✦ judge other artists themselves instead of their art

20 ✦ judge any finished work for yourself, not the audience

21 ✦ judge validity of art by the amount you have moved towards your kingdom while creating it and+or amount of movement towards the kingdom propagated by it

22 ✦ do not look away from your kingdom

23 ✦ do not lose
